We ordered an Ecofurn Harvest bedstead and were soon given a delivery date. On the day, there were poor weather conditions due to snow. Peter kept us fully informed about our delivery and at one point we both decided that conditions were too dangerous. Peter was most upset at not delivering on time. However the driver was very determined and got through to us in snowbound Devon, so we now have a well made, stylish and comfortable bed for our Christmas guests. No hesitation in recommending this courteous firm - the price for the bed was one of the cheapest available and it was so refreshing to be kept up to date with how our order was progression at every stage by courteous staff.

Donna is not there to fend off disgruntled customers, we don't think they could possibly have any. Her sole aim is to maintain and enhance their well deserved reputation and God help any manufacturer; no matter how big they think they are, who tries to fob her off, con or otherwise annoy 'her' customers.
