How do I pay for my goods? You can pay online with any major credit card. Upon receipt of your order we will send you confirmation by e-mail confirming the order, our stock availability and an estimated delivery schedule. Alternatively you can order by phone 0845 034 7000 (Low Call Rate) where our staff will be happy to advise you on your selections. Do you assemble the beds and furniture? All our prices are listed as flat pack or boxed (unless stated fully assembled). We offer a comprehensive fitting service at realistic charges. Just call 0845 034 7000 (Low Call Rate) and we will price a tailor made package for you. What is your Delivery Schedule? For all deliveries in the West Midlands, we aim to deliver within 3-7 days depending on stock availability. For all other areas please call 0875 034 7000 (Low Call Rate) and we will arrange for a carrier service. What Warranties do you offer? This is covered in out terms & conditions. Our products are covered for twelve months from the delivery date for defects in quality, material workmanship and condition. This is subject to the clauses stated in our terms & conditions. What If I change my mind? In accordance with the regulations you have the right to cancel your order within seven days providing the product has not been tailored to your personal requirements. The cancellation must be received by letter or e-mail (phoning is not sufficient) within the period allowed. All products which have been delivered in this period must be returned in the original packaging to us, at the buyer’s own cost. Once they have been inspected for any damages or loss, a full refund will be credited to the original payment method. What if the goods are faulty? This is clearly set out in our terms & conditions of sale, and also above under the Warranties heading. Basically if a product is inspected by the buyer immediately after delivery and is found to have a fault, we need to be informed by e-mail. Upon receipt of this we will contact you with further instructions. As long as the correct procedures are followed a replacement will be dispatched. What about site security? At Beds Direct 24/7 we respect your privacy, so we only ask you to supply the information we need to take your order. We do need an e-mail address, so that we can contact you regarding the dispatch of your order. We will not send you anything that does not relate to your order. Furthermore we will NEVER pass your details on to third parties, except if ever necessary to fulfill your order requirements. We are governed by the data protection act 2002.
